We visited Pizza Twist today after our friends recommended it to us. We ordered the Chicken Achari Pizza, and while the pizza tasted good initially, unfortunately, what happened afterward was extremely concerning. Within a short time after eating the pizza, I developed severe stomach pain and an upset stomach, followed by diarrhea. When I told my husband, he said he was experiencing the exact same thing. Things got much worse on our way home — my husband was in so much pain that he was unable to drive. After we got home, he developed severe stomach pain and vomited very badly until his stomach was completely empty. Only after vomiting did he start to feel some relief. What made the situation even more disappointing was our experience when we called the restaurant to inform them. Instead of showing concern, apologizing, or even asking if we were okay, the response was “What do you want us to do now?” That response was extremely reckless and disappointing. We weren’t calling to demand anything — we were simply informing them about what happened so they could take the complaint seriously and potentially check their food preparation and ingredients for the safety of other customers.

Their service is slow. The fries and different flavors of pizzas are tasty. Can be a hit or a miss on the sauce to toppings ratio. But the variety of pizzas and taste is a welcome change compared to the regular cheese pizzas available everywhere else.

I had a frustrating experience at Pizza Twist. We ordered a plant-based Manchurian pizza, but when we got it, there was no Manchurian on it at all. It was basically just a plain pizza with none of the main topping we ordered. When we pointed this out, the staff did not acknowledge the mistake and insisted the order was correct. We ended up going back and forth for about 10 minutes, which was unnecessary and frustrating. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and not very customer-focused. If a mistake happens, it should at least be acknowledged and fixed without argument. Based on this visit, I would not return here ever

I’m honestly disappointed. Paid over $60 for just two pizzas, which is ridiculous for the quality you get. Each large pizza costs around $25, and it is absolutely not worth it. The bread itself tastes really bad and feels poorly made. The chicken topping was so minimal you’d need a microscope to find it, and even then, the taste was not good at all. The overall flavor was below average. On top of that, customer service was not friendly or helpful, which made the experience even worse. This place is a complete waste of time and money, especially considering the drive. I won’t be coming back.

We ordered the Manchurian Veggie and Paneer PizzaTwist, and it was absolutely delicious! The menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of options, and we’re excited to try more of their unique creations. If you enjoy Indian cuisine or are curious about pizza with bold Indian flavors, this is a must-try to-go spot. Highly recommended
